Good deal?
Good deal?
Hey I was offered an exahust system its HKS catback Ti exhaust with perrin cat del pipe and HKS downpipe.
It was used for ~3months the guy wants 800 bucks for it. This a good deal or is 800 a bit much for a used exhaust system also it didnt have a wideban O2 sensor.
Any thoughts opinions?

Yea I know I could get a new system for around 900 bucks or so but it wouldn't be titanium exhaust which is normally about a grand just for the catback. Retail MSRP on this system is around 1500ish. I honestly don't know how big of a difference Ti makes over normal stainless steel other than the price gets jacked up.

The only thing I purchased new is the Injen intake kit with upper intercooler pipping($380 shipped). Have only spent around $1200 dollars and into the 300+whp/tq. Not bad....
not bad at all. how big of a difference did the intercooler piping make? It doesn't seem like it would be that significant but I see lots of people getting it and shelling out almost as much for that as a catback exhaust.
If your thinking the Titanium is going to cut some weight off the system, its not. The HKS Ti is not a full titanium setup, its just the tip. I would go with the Greddy unit, which is fully made out of titanium(~10lbs.) which goes for around the same price.
