hahah i get the drooling and the racing... the best part is when you get these people who are like " is that a lancer " i try not to laugh and act like a ***** but really...

and to the entire situation.. just wait until you put an exhaust on your car and draw more attention to your car.. it gets even ****ter ( with the annoance of otehr drivers )...

 

Come live in Wilmington, EVERYONE and their rice wants to race, at first it was funny and cause for a laugh. Ya know like "HAHA! wow your VTEC sticker is like 12 inches tall i guess i should race you...not" Now its just annoying. Im sick of these kids (and by kids i mainly mean people my age) trying to race me when im just trying to take my taco bell back to my house or bringing a girl to a movie or something. It just gets old, don't sweat the small stuff and save your gas. I hate them all, infact the ACD settings on the evo should come with a "stab" button, that automatically makes a midget run out of the trunk with a paring knife and stab the other driver.

 

I agree i get rev'd on constantly, one time as a matter of fact an Integra withsome kind of ls with vtec or something he said tried to pull on me at a light and ended up toasting his sh*t i felt bad so i pulled over to help but sadly it was alot worse than either of us retards could fix

 

if he's riding your *** for 5 miles then you need to move out of the way. don't contribute to the amount of morons on the road by being a stubborn driver. if someone is going faster then you MOVE OUT OF THE WAY.....

my dad has been telling me that he gets a lot of punks messing with him since he got the MR... people hardly ever mess with me so it doesn't really make any sense...

I never get anybody wanting to race my MR.... Same with my '03 EVO 8, never had that problem at all. Only once some idiot road rager pulled in behind me and tail gated me for a bit and then tried to get beside me (I was afraid he'd try to push me off the road). Anyway, I got away by taking a turn very fast at the last possible instant and he went past (bless my EVO's handling and power). I think that was an aberration, other than that awful incident, nobody has ever tried to race me or get me to race.......

 

I find it the other way around, nobody messes with me in my MR but they always want to race my dad in his 03 (luck for him its not stock tehehe)

I always see old guys driving nice *** vettes... always driving slow.. they never race...

I used to get mad at these guys but now I've grown to understand and respect them

Exactly, I think people trying to block people in the fast lane is very dangerous. The people being blocked usually get pissed and will have to start dodging through traffic to get by. Just let people pass you if they're going faster. I don't understand why this obvious fact escapes like 95% of the population. On the German Autobahn one of the largest fines you can get is for blocking the fast lane. The reason it is safe to speed on the Autobahn is because people respect eachother and stay out of others way. What is the point of trying to block someone that is driving faster than you. This is also the cause for much of the traffic congestion on the roads as it, obviously, slows the flow of traffic. I'm sorry but this is my biggest pet peev(no idea hot to spell that) when driving.

 

I too agree, if someone is going faster than you and are right behind your *** and for 5 MILES, just move the F out of the way. It's not like going 100 will do you any good, they just try to follow you and get right on your *** again. Why make the situation more dangerous.
