i don't have the problem as much now but when i first got my car, ppl always tried to race me. and when driving on the freeway, ppl would tailgate me.

 

All they do is have to look at the front of it alex.

 

Well to answer everybody's question, the people you all are talking about taking pictures, reving at the light, try to race you on the street over and over again are all probably in high school or just got out of it, you can't blame them with their lack of job opportunities to get a car like the Evo, so they admire it and want to be amazed, they aren't trying to be jackasses, just a type of admiring and want to see what it do

 

One of the few perks of my job is that if I see someone do somthing really stupid and it pisses me off, it does not matter if I am on duty or not, I can get a plate and look him up at my convienence. The I can scold him or give him a ticket or whatever. That way I win even if I don't open it up and show him my tails.

I never get anyone wanting to race either. Like someone said earlier, at one time in my life I would of raced them, but now, it's just stupid to street race.

I get people revving me all the time though. Mostly v8's or ricers.

Had a crx coming up beside me on Main Street one day to look at my car (I guess). As we topped the one hill where the cops always sit on the otherside he got busted. I was doing 50 in the 45, so he had to of been doing 55-60. Sucks for him. I see so many people get busted on that road. Most of them not even ricers. Just stubborn people that think their lead foot is cool.

 

I couldnt agree more. Just have a good laugh. When slow down and end up next to you, roll down your window and throw out a couple comments if they wont leave ya alone. That should put em in thier place. I have the same problem, but never mess with them back unless I think they are worth it. Enjoy your MR man!

 

usually I just get V8's and 4bangers reving from the other side of the street. Whenever I have the chance to race a worthy opponent I'm always with my wife and kid. it's so annoying!!

 

You people are right, I should have just left it alone. I guess I got too worked up. I was still heated when I typed this all up the first time. I do like the "stab button" or the see them wrapped around a telephone pole option though! I'll keep it under control until the day Sano and Gmetal meet. Then its on like donkey kong!!
