sounds like your bov venting to atmosphere and fluttering.
If you don't have to vent bov, it's normal for filters to make that sound when you decelerate.
it should be little more smoother, but for some reason it's not. it shouldn't flutter like that.

It only makes that sound when I spool up the turbo then decelerate slowly.
I'll try to get a better sound clips. Due to the countless days of raining over here I didn't want to open the window and record the sound and damage my recorder
