I need some advises on my second car...
WRX Sti or Evo 7.....
I've been to Sti's forum and all people said Sti is going to be better than Evo7 except the brakes. They said US spec Evo 7 without those computer stuff which is the main reason. I really to hear all your opinion. Thanks in advance!

Eh...the US spec Lancer Evolution will not be the Evolution VII just so you know. Try checking out the manuals or tech spec sheets or whatever they're called on the right hand side of the main page. All the info on there will give you an idea of what we're getting.
Expect STi forum people to tell you the STi will be better. Expect people here to tell you the Evo will be better. Personally I think it will all boil down to how the car finally comes across. As much as I like the Evolution, I have to say Subaru has a distinct advantage because they're starting sales later in the year, giving them more time to add on some less than essential components to try and one up the Evo. I dunno if Subaru will take good advantage of that, but it's a possibility. I honestly doubt you'd be upset with either car though.

Honestly...just wait. Wait until ALL the "hype" wears off for the EVO. No need to rush things..especially, when choosing a car. And main thing is ...no matter what.. TEST DRIVE. That was the key factor for me...I decided to keep my IV and not trade in for the VII.
New technology is nice but the car kind of picks you...know I what mean??

Personally, even if the performance is matched between the EVO and the Sti, I would have to say I'd go with the EVO just because of the looks. I love the look of the EVO compared to a WRX Sti.
But of course thats just a preference...
I agree with the waiting thing. By that time Evo prices should be regulated and the STi's specs will be confirmed. It's the most practical way of determining which will suit your wants better

As I said, drive both and decide afterwards.
If you want to order the car before driving it, order an Evo, it's better. I have driven an Evo 7 and an STI before.
The less AYC and ACD you get, the better! AYC and ACD can break, need service, and keep the driver from driving the car.
