since it isnt on an evo, i would say definately not. sorry, but evo owners have a tough time getting warranty coverage. it doesnt hurt to take it in there and ask i guess, but they have no way of telling how old it is, or what it came off of.

it's mitsubishi part, they may. depends on dealership, but you know that peeling thing is so common that they may do it.

Also, they don't know lancer from an evo, anyway, some dealers. lol

Looks, it's going to be pretty tough to get that warrantied because for us to process a warranty claim we need VIN, miles and so on. Since your car didn't come with one and you can't provide a receipt for a purchase that angle is going to be pretty tough.

Is it a factory accessory wing for a non EVO Lancer? Where did you get the wing? If you bought it from the original owner he would have a reciept. If it was bought over the counter there is a 1 year/ 12,000 mile warranty on it.

If you have good relationship with the dealer and you haven't bashed them here or elswhere they might help you out. We have gone above and beyond for our customers before and if you are lucky they might for you.

However, when paint is the issue some dealers have to get the DPSM approval on anything paint related. Some dealers have more abilities than others depending on their authorization level.

Hope this helps.

A little paranoid are you? LOL Do you think that by asking a spy if they are a spy, that they would actually tell you? Yep I'm the spy, busted. LOL

I'm the parts manager at Barber Brothers Mitsubishi.
