EVO VIII Super AYC ?

If this tank exists in the trunk that means the car is equipped with Super AYC ?

Fluid: ATF SPIII

That's on the left side of the trunk right? I know my 03 definitely doesn't have that!

Just looked on the left side of my trunk behind the little pull-out panel...no tank for the MR, either.

Yes, magazines are already complain about how pricey the Evo is. The addition of S-AYC would jack up the price more and start the Evo down the same road as the RX-7, 3000GT, Supra, 300ZX etc. Great performance, just very few would want to or be able to pay for it

I happily paid $38,400 OTD for my MR and I would have been more than happy $40,000 for an MR that had S-AYC.

^^ I can almost guarentee there is NO ATF SPIII in that little tank. It will be more along the lines of some kind of hydraulic fluid. It looks just like the little boot in my Evo for my AYC HYDRAULIC MECHANNISM. The ATF SPIII it for the AYC torque transfer case.

My bad you are right, but Power steering fluid can be used.
