I have been been running a test pipe for about a month now and I havent smelled the exhaust not even once, and all I really do is in town driving.

I think humans are contributing but not the sole cause....but instead of taking that possibility into consideration, all the catless people dont care.

your experience sounds odd, id take the car to a muffler shop and let them check out your piping, they will be able to narrow it down whether or not you have a leak. i too have been running with no cat for about 2 years now and never have had that problem. definetly take care of that asap.

You definitely have a leak. Just get some high temp rtv (red one, I think) and seal up all of your exhaust connections.

I'm running catless, but once I switched to E85 there's nothing but clean warm air coming from my tailpipe. Love the smell of burning clean corn coming from my straight pipe. Plus I'm not killing anyone since I get no more soot coming out.

Check all your exhaust gaskets for signs of carbon. If there is a leak you'll see it.
I can't run w/o a cat cause just the stench alone is bad enough.
