Thanks for all the nice comments, didn't get a chance to take any pics cause I have no camera to take the pics with 8- ( Anyway, the girl's mom told her insurance company that it was my fault that she rear ended me << LOL, I think she was kinda following me to closesly and when she saw me stopping she slammed her breaks and also the weather was an issue. Their insurance company, nationwide, they take forever to do anything (not hating on this insurance company if any of you guys have them) and I probably won't even be able to get a rental or get an estimate today either 8- ( Anyway les see what happens with the next few hours before the shop closes. Wish me luck and hopefully they will cover my exhaust, and whatever else is wrong with the car thats making it feel like a shietty car right now.

Good luck to you! Btw, If you ever want to get rid of your Apex Silver Wing, or know anyone that has one for sale, please PM me. I thought the rule of thumb was that if the other person rear ends you, that it is automaticly their fault. They should have had a safe following distance.

lol was she hot? And how would her mom know who's fault it is, was she there?

Sorry to hear about that though, atleast you got to enjoy it for a month before you got hit. My car got hit one week after I bought it. I'm sure the stock stuff cost more than aftermarket, so that should cover your losses.

i dont think that the insurance company will cover an aftermarket exhaust. they will pay for a stocker though. just ask them to cut you a check and get what ever you want. sorta the same thing, when i installed an alarm on my car i called the insurance company to inform them and try to lower my payments but instead they wanted to charge me like $14 more to insure the alarm. so good luck and hopefully everything will workout.

Haha, everybody keeps asking me was the girl hot. I guess she looked okay, I am 20 and she is still 17, a senior in high school turning 18 in a month 8- X. I didn't really pay attention to her *** or on how she looked, I was just really pissed and in shock after she rear ended me in the ***!. Anyway, we got that situation cleared with their insurance and her and her mother's liability statements. I'm taking my car in tomorrow in the morning to a local body shop that does great work. If they won't cover my aftermarket exhaust, I'll just tell them to give me the money for the whole stocker which includes the muffler to the down pipe. Also some other **** is wrong with my car, it won't let me rev high it tends to bog, maybe because my exhaust is being closed off from the bumper since it got pushed in. I'll keep you guys informed on what happens.

man that sux when you drag your exhust like that the girls insurance might as

your tip was scratched and that can't be from the accidnt so they might avoid paying you the damge on the muffler

i just noticed you are from virginia
when you said between 2 county with dumb cops

be careful man...i have saw cars that got rear-ended that looked like a bumper cover would fix it and once you take it off you see that it compressed like it was supposed to and the trunk area is buckled in and its more expensive to fix....if she his you and went under you should be ok...but get it into a certified shop and have them dismantle it and check...
just my .02
