I hope nothing else is messed up like the chassis and suspension wise, even though it doesn't look like anything is wrong, they would never know unless like you said, they actualyl take the whole bumper off and etc. The exhaust, the main b pipe from buschur racing is kinda bend inwards more and my muffler exhaust tip is like angled behind the bumper diagonally and theres no good exhaust flow. Hopefully if they do tend to fix everything and not order any parts, they do a perfect job, or else after I drive the car around the lot once I get it back, I'll tell them it doesn't feel right and I want it re done. Also, I told the lady that my exhaust is from buschur and it is an aftermarket exhaust. She asked if I got it locally, I said I got it installed locally (but really I installed it myself 8 - ) ) and I bought it through the net from buschur. She said she might need buschur's info and etc if they can't fix the exhaust so that sounds good 8 - ) Or maybe ill ask them I don't want buschur anymore, actually its a Greddy Ti JDM exhaust from japan or an arc exhaust LOL. Anyway, so far so good, hope I get my car back asap!!!!!!

dont fix the bumper man
request a new bumper

the insurance company said the bumper is repairable, I do in fact believe them, it was very very minor, some scratches, not dented much at all. But as for the exhaust, I needa whole new one, nationwide told me if they hafta order the exhaust online or from another state they cannot do it which I think is bs. So they want me to buy it and they pay me back, I'm like hmm this sounds ok. Then i thinka bout it and im like what if they dont pay me back, wtf, I might need something in writing or maybe they give me teh check first, the buschur turboback shipped to my address express delivery is a bout 1100 us dollars. They said I can order another exhaust if its cheaper and faster, or if its equal value. So I was thinkin what other good exhausts are there power wise and sound wise, I did like the buschur it had a lot of power, but I always wanted a greddy ti or hks full 3inch with a ti muffler too. Let me know if I should ***** at them and tell them to give me a check first or give me somethin in writing saying they will pay me and which other exhaust I should get.

make sure you pull up the mat in the trunk and check the sheetmetal there. When i got rearended the adjuster didn't look there, and the only reason I did was because of a post on here. The whole inside on both sides was crushed and pushed in against my spare...But the body shop did a great job and after getting hit in the rear 3 times (rearended while stopped, hit and run, and hit by some kid on a bike) my car looks great...Thumbs up to Swope Collision!!!

Man there is no problem.
Call Buschur (or any other dealer) and tell them you need an invoice back-dated.
Tell them if they write you that invoice you'll order a brand new exhaust for the exact amount
that is mentioned in the invoice.

No prob, everyone wins.

but the thing is, i bought the exhaust from another person from the forums. I never thought I would get rear-ended so I could care lessa bout the receipt, cause its used anyway. Don't they still hafta cut me a check or replace the whole exhaust even thought it was used when I bought it, now its useless the shiet is all bent up! Man Im so pissed right now, the stupid guy who cuts the check and pays for the stuff from nationwide didnt even call me back up. I wanna sue the girl who hit my car now instead. She's gonna be really happy when she finds out that nation wide doesn't want to pay for my exhaust just because I don't have an invoice

You may just want to see how much they will give you for a factory exhuast, since its only 6 months old. My wife's Toyota Highlander was rear end after 5 months and the exhust was $1900. My insurance adjuster said since the car was less than year old, they only use OEM parts. I am sure this varies by insurance company but it may work in your favor.
