they will pay you back dont worry just have them give you a written statement about the deal and they should also tell you within what price range

and you still should request for a new bumper cuz it's a new car you dont want any repair parts on it. afterall its your car and their client crash in to you you have the right to request for new bumper and they can't refuse to pay

hey man, props to to u for being calm to that babo-yuhja. i know i'd be cussing my way all the way down to hell. ican feel ur suppressed anguish man, not healthy to keep it all in.

lets just hope it dint make any damages to ur frame and underchassis. bumpers, exhaust pipings are only minor cosmetics like u say, but once the chassis get's phucked ur car will never feel the same....rhetorically speaking and physically speaking - it just wont feel right like factory right.

bad news everybody. The cool body shop and that *****es gay *** insurance company is having a dispute. The body shop told them that the exhaust is not repairable, and the insurance company now turns around and says they wanna look at themselves and take it to a muffler specialist and see if its repairable. NATIONWIDE IS THE WORST I REPEAT THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY IN THE USA. Im really pissed now, been waitin a whole to see what's up and finally come to a standstill because of both sides disagreeing. The insurance company is retarded and they just don't want to pay up. I told them I have no invoice, and the guy said "there ya go thats why we can't cut ya check," then I quoted "well i have the invoice for the factory exhaust." He then got quiet about 10 seconds on the phone mumbling, and I told him that it costs almost double the aftermarket exhaust sytem. Basically, first the body shop says my exhaust is non repairable, and then the insurance company told me to pay for the exhaust first and they would reimburse me. It didn't sound right because I don't wanna get scammed and they don't pay me, so I called back up and said hey I want a check or you guys purchase my exhaust for me. I told them I don't have an invoice, and since I told them to quote the oem exhaust, they are kinda pissed now and want to take matters into their own hands. Man if they call me up later today and cut me a check, and even if I do order the exhaust, it still won't be sent off til monday, what a crock of bull shiet. At first, I blamed the body shop because they told me one thing and the insurance company says another, basically the insurance is being the homo here and don't wanna pay up. So for everybody who has nationwide, please switch companies so they can go outta business, because they in fact do suck major ******************* *********!!!!!!!!!

i hate lawyers and insurance companies, but insurance companies take the cake, they make more than enough money as it is, and they're all greedy corporate pigs who leeches off ppl's hard earned cash. they are sneaky little rats.

dont let them put their dirty rat claws on ur exhaust pipe.

u know, this is the main reason why the Evo never made it to the Canada. I heard somewhere that the insurance companies petitioned to the Canadian goverment about the Mitsubishi's Evolution intercooler being in the front and damages would be very costly and plentiful. the only reason why the STi's are here is because they're IC is mounted on top.

more bad news, they want to repair the car exhaust and bumper, and not give me money for a brand new one, IM SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Pissed right now, I hate nationwide so much. Car been messed up since MONDAY and its now friday, and they can't do **** on the weekend. I told them I got the invoice for the stock exhaust since I bought my buschur tb used. The total price for the exhaust was around 1,700 not includding shipping, butI didn't check the bumper price yet though. Hopefully, they will give me a freaking check so I can order what I want and etc. Also, can they charge me for the car Im renting or for leaving my car at a body shop, but not getting my car fixed there? Because I don't want shiet fixed as in repaired, I want brand new parts put on instead. I wish nobody ever has to go through some stupid **** like this. Nationwide,

actually i am feeling a little back pain now, When the accident happened, i was mad so adrenaline prob pumped me up and I was okay. I feel lower back pain and more in the upper back area. Ill get it checked out first see if in fact if i need medical attention, if so, nationwide will be gettin some money taken from them. I never thought I would start feeling pain, because the accident was minor, but it did give me a good whiplash to my recaro's.

Guess what, the guy finally called and said since I told the bodyshop not to work on my car, he wanted me to return the rent-a-car asap and he said he was going to tow my car back to my house. I was like are you serious man, I was trying to get in touch with him the whole weekend and all day today. He only called me because I filed a complaint and the complaint person at the office called him. Basically, I told the bodyshop to hold on and not work on my car, until they call me and tell me what the insurance is gonna pay for an etc, and he starts acting like a *** over the phone. Nationwide, if I ever see anybody wearing a nationwide emblem or anybody affiliated with them, I'm gonna ***** smack them seriosuly, they are the worst business, insurance, or whatever you want to call them. I got my car rearended exactly a week and a day ago. They finally, I mean finally call me, the body shop said it was the insurance that wouldn't let them work on my car yet, because they thought my exhaust was repairable, when the bodyshop already stated that it is unrepairable..... Basically, I prob wouldn't even had gotten a chance to get a check to get a brand new bumper or new exhaust. They said, "it's not in our policy," I was like well in your policy it also states that I can take your *** to court. Anyway, I found out that the bodyshop was affiliated with the nationwide insurance company, that might be one reason why they took forever, thinking they can get away with lazy slow work. I told them to get my car towed to another shop asap, so tomorrow morning my car is getting towed to yet again another shop, and yet again another estimate. I talked to the manager at that shop and they seem pretty cool, they said if they know something is unrepairable, they is no way they are going to try to repair it. As for the bumper, they might have to fix it, I prob won't be able to argue my way around that, it's not that badly damaged, I just wanted a new one because my car is practically brand new still with only 6k mileage and only 6 months old.... HOPEFULLY, they start working on my car tomorrow, and the gay insurance appraiser comes looks at my exhaust and sees that it isn't repairable and writes me a check for a new exhaust. I am so tired of this stupid bull****, I told the guy my back is in pain and they are lucky that I didn't file a liability claim yet. I might file that tomorrow in fact, I missed work all last week because of my car and of my backpain 8- (

weeeee, got my car back, they actually did a great job. I wish I took pics of it before, I also got a new exhaust, greddy Ti with helix dp and tp 8- ) But my car still runs like shiet, I think when I got rear ended the fuel pump freaked up. Took it out today and the plug was loose and already out. I thought pluggin it in would fix it, but the damn car stutters and backfires when I hit boost in any gear. Calling the insurance adjuster yet again tomorrow, so I can take it to a local performance shop and have them fix whatever it is that needs to be fixed. I'll probably won't be able to drive the car like I want til next week sometime 8- ( Going on one month without driving my car, !!!!!!!!!!!! This sucks asssssssssssssssssssssssssss. O well, I'll give u guys the update again and let ya know what happens.

hmm, my car has been stuttering forever. But I put in gas today because I was going to take my car to this shop tomorrow morning. After putting in gas, the car, when I punched it, it freaking howled and it actually went with barely any stuttering. Maybe I had bad gas????? It's been a month since I put gas in, but right after I got rear ended, my car started stuttering at 0.5 bars of boost, thats prob 7 psi or so. But now I hit 1.3 or so around that area and it doesn't flutter. I do smell a burning rubber smell, maybe its from the bad gas or from the snow that was melting and hitting the manifold? Some weird ****, thought it was my fuel pump that got messed up, but anyway, I might still take it in tomorrow just to see if they can run a diagnostic on what was wrong and etc and tell me if I still have problems, also the claim adjuster has to still pay for whatever is wrong with my car soooo, yea 8- )
