What should i get for my evo with $800

I got $800 i saved up to spend on the Evo... what should i get?? I'm thinking about saving up more for vishnu 390 package.. which is a 1++?? i think.. so any suggestions would be welcomed

I would get a catback, and Ecu flash, Save a little more and get a fuel pump and boost controller. Good gain.

It is easier to go with a staged upgrade.
I think for 800 you should get a tbe, drop in filter, and a tune ( and a boost controller if you have money left over).

some guy was selling his HKS hi power exhaust and HKS dp for 650.. I got a HKS drop in filter, do you think that would be a good exhaust?

I say save up till you have around $2500 to spend then dump it all in the evo

yea i was thinkin about saving up a good 3000 and then just going vishnu... dont know though thats why i wanted to hear some other opinions

As long as it is in good condition, it is a good system just put a high flow cat or test pipe with it and it should be good.

2000 bucks will get you:
-Turbo Back exaust
-Boost controller
-Fuel Pump
-Test pipe
-Intake
-Ecu Tune
-Well over 300whp.

The first mod I did was to install some gauges. From there you will be able to monitor changes from stock for all future modifications.

I found it really nice to know how my EGTs had changed after tuning as well as how much more boost I was running to red line. I know they don't make power but they add another element to modding that I think makes it more fun.

An example: When I installed my turbo back I actually picked up a couple PSI and my EGTs increased slightly.

do what i did, look for a used turboback exhaust, and intake, ( hopefully no more hten 650 combined ) then send your ecu away for a reflash
