Can some one confirm it is MN168249?

Thanks, Blake.

That is correct, it comes with the shifter.

What is the part number for the part that goes on the firewall that the strut bar bolts to? Here is a pic. Is it the same part between the evo and ra or any difference? Is the bracket that the strut bar mounts to welded on or something else? Thanks for any help.

Here is an illustration -- it has to be made to that bar because I cant find anything else in caps.

Here is a link so you can see the price of that part.

What about part number 11 in this pic. It says it is a reenforcement bracket. Could it be the part I need. I found it under the cowl section under the mitsubishiparts.com website.

I looked at that yesterday in caps. CAPS is calling that a 'dash panel reinforcement'. I could call Mitsubishi to get them to clarify for me. Maybe they know something we dont. The only way I can get them to help me is with a vin number though. PM it to me and I will ring them up.

Hello, I'll have to get a vin. My lancer is an es and I'm doing some experimenting with putting an evo strut bar on. I'll just get a vin off ebay real quick. Here is
JA3AH86DX4U070513 . If my experiment doesn't work, I'm only out like 6 dollars and somethign off that mitsubishi web site, unless I get it off of russell. Hope he can get me a good deal. Someone I know owes me an evo strut bar. so its free to me. I hope this is the part. Let me know.

Thanks
John
