Yes they are copper.
The problem with the eye bolts is they are not real strong. When I installed mine back to the head I torqued it to spec and the torque wrench wouldn't click so I removed it and it stretched out. They are not strong and it is a good idea to have a spare.

The coolant line washers are not the same as the oil line washers...

Oil line crush washers at head.... MF660063 (2)
Oil line crush washers at turbo.... MF660064 (2)
Coolant line crush washers.... MF660065 (4)

Replacing the bolts is a good idea but not necessary as timzcat said.

MS650013 - oil feed bolt (1)
MF650114 - coolant line bolts (2)

It is also a good idea to replace the soft rubber coolant lines, they are cheap and known to leak.

Need to know the part number for the 06 Evo 9 spark plug cover. Obviously the
03-05 have "MITSUBISHI" on them. I like the 06's style with just the "Diamond Star' logo. Not sure if part numbers are the same. Thanks!

Would you happen to know what the part numbers are for the coolant hard lines that come off/into the turbo? Thanks.
