manifold painting

hi, im going to remove my manifold because its all rusty as usual and paint it with high temp paint... when i remove it.. do i need to get new gaskets? or can i reuse them?

Don't do it!!! It will not stick trust me!! tried many hi temp. paints. non work!

The only thing you can really do is get it jet coated by a shop that does manifolds and headers. Theres no paint you can put on it that will not burn off.

just coat it, probably get some sort of power from doing it and it will look nice, during springbreak i'm sending it to www.performancecoatings.com it's only 80 bucks

i got a different hi temp paint...it supports up to 1500 degrees... i'll tell you how it turns out... so do i need new gaskets? and where can i get some cheap?
