Does anyone have a how to for removing the steering wheel or the silver surrounding part on it? I'm trying to paint it black

 

You'll need a T-10 screwdriver to remove the two screws that hold the airbag on (one on each side of the steering wheel). Not sure if the silver piece comes off once that is out of the way but if not, Then you should take a Sharpie and mark the clock position of the steering wheel with the shaft and then remove the nut holding it on.
