like he said...
clutch, transfer case noises at usually 40+mph speeds, treads on tires, any kind of smoke of that matter coming from teh exhaust unless its condensation, and if and he have time, take it to the dealer and have it fully checked by Mitsu before purchasing.

Black smoke will almost 100% come from the Exhaust... it's the way of life with an ultra rich car... what you should really be concerned with is the fact that they're letting people test drive it... try and go fast and pray that the sales person yells at you not to EVER do that again... I'd hate to buy a used car bashed on by idiots test driving it, it's bad enough buying a new one bashed on by sales people

^^ Good point, if they tell you to stop then they've probally stopped the car from being abused as much as possible.

its no different then your regular test drive on a used car, i say if its from a dealer ask them for a carfax report. and service records, just to see if theres been any prior problems, other then that, just make sure theres no scratches, gear engagnement, and clutch.

thanks guys, mostly the only mods are things to help the car from dying before it should(ex. boost controller) also has a new alarm system. price is already fair i believe, but ill be talking him down.
