The guy I just talked to told me MARCH 13th as the SHIP DATE for the only 2 Evo's that Lancaster Mitsubishi is getting.???

I was originally told delivery around 2/24/03.?

Anyone have something to post for the Pennsylvania area?

Not in the Pennsylvinia area but just info for people to know.

My dealership is getting 2 for the first allocation and luckily the red is coming in first. Mine is scheduled for 2-10-03. I'm assuming people who is around the Chicago area will get their around the same time.

Anybody from the west coast getting thiers sooner?

 

My dealer (Premium Mitsu, New Rochelle, NY) had no info as of last week, I will call him today or tomorrow and ask again. I'm worried that despite him telling me "no problem MSRP" when I put my deposit down, that he will change his mind and tell me "well no it's not $5k over MSRP (or whatever, I don't want to pay a cent over MSRP, there's no need for this kind of price gouging) Worse comes to worse I call some dealers in the central US and take a road trip

 

For cars currently on order there are two possible ship dates. 2/10/03 and 3/13/03. Now keep in mind, these are the dates the cars are scheduled to leave the port, NOT the day they will arrive at dealers. These dates are also not etched in stone and I would expect a swing of about a week in either direction once we get closer to ship day.

 

Would chicago consider a port? He told me that it was the estimated delivery date

 

As of last week I was told by York Mitsu Feb 25th

 

I hope my car shows up when yours does. I am not sure what is going on!!!

 

North GA......March 14th.....d'ya see a trend here....
West coast......begining of Feb.....
Mountain.......!0th-14th Feb
Mid west........25th-2nd March
East Coast.....12th-18th..March

All speculation of course based on all info gained by dealers and posts

THE ANTICIPATED DELIVERY DATE FOR YOUR EVO IS 3/12/03 GIVE OR TAKE A COUPLE OF DAYS. I DON'T KNOW OF ANY HOLD UPS AT THIS TIME.

 

FYI WRX STi arrives in May. 900 units in first shipment to USA>

I just don't understand why they have 2 cars from their first allocation and one of them comes before another .

well, at least we now have consistent information.... 2 foking months away from now though!

 

WFT!!!! Are they pushing each one by hand? East coast is one month behind west coast! Hopefully all of this is wrong.

 

I'm being told Feb. 13t in Western Michigan. I can't wait another month. If the post above holds true.

 

Not unless Mitsubishi has suddenly decided to unload its transporters in the port of Chicago.

Think Tacoma or San Diego.
