Advice for buying a MR (with pics! -- beware 56K)
195 miles is considered a used car in my book. $35k is TOO MUCH.
I just bought a MR last month with 800 miles for $28,900, $31,000 OTD. Was a trade because the previous owner had vette on order that finally came in. It was not abused, was in brand new condition, the rotors where not even broken in yet and the tires still had the mold beads.
I think you should treat that car as a used car and offer a resonable offer. 35k is way too much.
YES, I bought a MR for $31k OTD. To all the people that will yell BS at me, I can show you photos of the car and the invoice.
btw, if that car is sold as NEW, it will have the 10yr/100k warrenty, if it is sold as USED, it will only have the 5yr/60k warrenty.

The pics look very normal, rotors look like that after getting wet from rain or car wash, header looks like that in all Evos.
That is quite a bit of test drive miles, and you know they didn't drive it like your grandma, but unless they do anything really really dumb that engine should be fine. I wouldn't worry about it. If you want the car, and if they can come down to below MSRP, get it!
I was on the list for half a year and I am pretty sure I was the only one who had test driven it, delivery with like less than 20 miles, paid MSRP though.
