what car are you considering getting if you sell the mr

not really sure yet. someone earlier posted $31.5K. maybe thinking of $32K with room to flex. i know i won't be able to find anything with the same power and stability, but i'm willing to lose the power as long as i have the handling.

I have had my silver GSR for four month now and have not gotten pulled over, yet. However, I have thought about replacing the rear wing, which I think maybe the cop magnet, with a wing off of the plane Lancer. Maybe this would be less "attractive" to the cops. What do you all think?
i think it helps without the wing. i was driving around base the other day and i saw a cop and he wasn't even clockin people until he saw me coming and i saw him proceed to fumble around his car for his radar gun and clock me as i drove by. What an @$$.

sorry it has taken so long to reply. these are the only two pics i have right now. i'll try and send a new post with better pics by the end of this wk. it's dark by the time i get home so it will have to be saturday. Purchased on 11/07/04. Currently has 5,893 miles.
nice clean MR....i've had my GSR since 12/04 and hasn't been stopped yet but i only have 1500 mi....maybe when i start driving it more i'll eventually get profiled.....goodluck on selling urs....just keep posting here so that u'll get decent offers coz peolple wld somehow know that u don't trash ur car that's why ur selling it

as you can see, i take a lot of pride in my vehicles. the 2000 s4 next to the MR only has 28K miles on it. i've never tracked either one and i have a daily driver. my wife and i swop through cars like crazy trying to find the right ones. i really thought the MR would be the keeper. great power, handling, limited, great looks, all for a decent price.
i've already serviced the car at 2.8K, i'm using the accelerated maint. schedule. the car has 8 coats of Zaino already and i'll probably add another two coats this weekend before i take more pics. Also use microfiber towels and big blue to dry.
if i wasn't getting profiled so much, i probably wouldn't be thinking of selling it right now. i completely here you (hiheatevo), i feel like i'm being watched all the time when an officer is nearby. i even tried putting car seats in to tone it down a little

Just take the wing off, it totally changes the look of the car. i think 32 k would be too much though. Might take too long to sell it and the closer the 9's are to coming out the less it'll be worth.
