Recommend me an exhaust

Hello ppl..
I'm looking forward to buy an exhaust..
since I dont know much about which makes what sound, let me ask you guyz! =)

First of all, I like deep bass sound..
and I dont like the sound from a Civic with a cheap exhaust. ( you know what I'm talking about.. they 're always out there)

Please recommend me an exhaust system with "deep bass sound" !!!

And I will be very thankful if you also link a sound clip of the exhaust!!
Thank you!!!

PS: PM me if you have an exhaust that matches to my preference.!!

Get a TRIAL Titanium exhaust i got one and they rock. To get one email scott@trial.co.jp. Scott is the most professional sales person i have ever delt with in the car part industry. His return email times are outstanding. He can also get any part you like for your evo.

Good Day Sir

I have the Thermal now. It sounds pretty good. The only thing I don't like is now I want to go 3" from the turbo back but the mid section on the Thermal necks down to 2.5" at the cat.

Thermals kick ***! nice growl on my old Eclipse.

But, I say for the evo go for Greddy Ti. Sounded incredible and light as hell!

hks hiper has a nice low rumble noise, not too deep that causes droning @ hiway speeds very annoying.

everyone has different preferences for exhaust... some want it loud and to have big HP gains, others want it quiet and dont care as much about the HP figures, and there are tons of "inbetweeners".

on my last car (turbo integ gs-r), i had a tanabe racing medallion, and it had one of the cleanest, deepest exhaust notes of any car i have ever heard (but it was also pretty loud without the baffle - around 100dB before the turbo and 94.6dB after the turbo install, had it tested @ a smog referee... legal limit in california is 95dB lol - but i liked it ^^). for my evo, i chose the HKS Carbon-Ti, but that's just me. there are a lot of great products out there so you have to do your research, and the decision probably wont be easy. if you have the time, read through the exhaust thread here: https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...ad.php?t=40810

check out that site posted by lexxtek for exhaust sounds. also try looking through www.vividracing.com 's site. they have their own sound clips as well. it's a little hard telling how the bass sounds from those sound clips (unless you have massive subs hooked up to your computer lol), so use those as a guide but also take into account the limitations of the recording and also just revving the engine (the exhaust note will be a lot deeper when you put the engine under load). i would recommend you look into the Tanabe, HKS, Greddy and Buschur exhaust systems, but there are so many products out there its hard to give you a definitive list of what will match your tastes.

GL finding the exhaust right for you :P

My Espelir system sounds sooo bassy, it's rediculous...especially with the catless turboback setup i have. It's inexpensive too, the catback is only about $500 from vividracing.com i believe.

RMR gets my vote. Deep sound. No high-pitched sounds. No droning.
