justchil:
BG syncroshift (tranny)
Diaqueen OEM SAE90 (rear diff)
Diaqueen OEM SAE90 (transfer case)

Over 15k miles no problems.

I've changed the transfer case fluid probably 5-6 times / rear diff once / tranny once ... 30k miles on the odo

They are different brands. Stick with the BG 1, not BG 2. Justchil, bigjhoney, are right. Don't mess around with this stuff. If you put a non GL 5 gear oil in your TC it will blow.

The guys I know who run the Redline shockproof in the TC do it only for race conditions as they say it breaks down quickly.

If you want the ultimate sources call Jon at Team Rip or the guys at Shep racing (I think shep is the other evo transmission specialist).

can anyone quickly verify exactly how much fluid goes the trans, transfer case, and rear diff., because my slow *** work comp. takes 30 min to search, and im getting my fluids changed in an hour, also if you could verify the spark plug gap, thanks.

Neo Synthetics in Trans (HD), diffs (RHD), and brake fluid (High temp). Zero problems w/ 10k of mostly racing. Expensive, but worth it.
