I got a noise too... If i'm in neutral just sitting there I hear this wining sound kinda like when drilling through metal on a mill, hard to describe but that's what it reminds me off. Anyways, if I press the clutch the sound goes away, release clutch is comes again. My car only has 1500 miles on it, but I dont think it did it when I first got the car. If I recall my Civic used to do the same thing, and it went over 100,000 miles so maybe its just the sound of the clutch holding back the drivetrain from engaging....
