AYC is crap IMO. I just like the look of the VII. But the only way I would buy one from EI is if the car was there with keys and paper work for me to drive home with. Same reason why I will be selling the VI in a few months. I cannot afford to wait. I will most likely be getting a VIII

OldschoolEVO, you post on DCEvoClub, no? Your handle looked familiar!

If you guys really like the look of the EvoVII that much, just get an VIII and put on the Evo7 body pieces. They fit like a glove, assuming you take out the crash beams. And it's not like they have the beams in place anyway, overseas.

In fact, I'm actually a bit perplexed about the use of the bumper, I have heard that it is good for only 5-15mph crashes, but then I have also heard it is only effective at > 15mph?

Yep Im on DCEvoClub. It was the first forum I ever joined. Aaron is good peoples. Helped me out with alot of stuff for my VI.

I do like the look of the VII but if I have to worry about regestering the car I dont want the hassle. An VIII is on my #1 list but if I could get my hands on a VII I wouldnt be mad.

My VI is 100% stock with all original parts. If you can find a stock VI in better condition with as many miles as mine holla a ya boy. As is I can sell my Evo in the UK for anywhere between 13k-14k British Pounds. If you do the math that is more than enough for me to get a good used USDM Evo VIII.

I wouldnt go as far as to say the VII is better that USDM VIII. Sure its cosmeticly better than the US but with the numbers people are putting down with bolt-ons and a good flash a US VIII will walk all over a VII.
