You got to find a credit union. 16% is almost sodomy.

I got a great rate (5.49% for 84 months) through a credit union, and that's 8 points from tier 1 credit. Tier 1 = 730 credit score and 4.99% at this particular credit union.

I don't think any bank is going to refinance a car since they depreciate so fast.

Checkout lendingtree.com, I got prefinanced for my evo back in '03 at 3.8APR. My FICA was a bit over 740 though.

Do what atlvalet did, go to your local credit union. They tend to offer better rates than a normal bank does. I recently refinanced through my credit union and am paying less than through Mitsu.
