I ran a yellow spring up to 23 psi, but if you are not having any problems w/ the blue spring then you're good to go.

Skip the SAFC and go for a reflash or an XEDE.

The SAFC does not adjust ignition timing, which is its major downfall.

You don't want an S-AFC, unless you know what you're doing and know how to tune yourself, but this also requires a datalogging device, preferably a wideband. With a flash, you just tell them your mods, then get a flash designed specifically for those mods, and you're done. With an S-AFC, there are NO preset maps...the best you could hope for would be to get some SUGGESTED settings from whatever vendor you buy it from (like Buschur).

Personally, since I sort of know what I'm doing and have tuned with an S-AFC for years, I prefer to use the S-AFC, but if I didn't know what I was doing, I would settle for a flash.

I have the Forge recir bov also, with the blue spring. I get the half-throttle "surging" in 4th-5th gear high boost. I'm waiting on the spring set to try out the yellow spring. But it holds boost really well and it's very nicely made. Forge customer service is awesome also!
