I'm the kind of guy that likes the newest model most of the time, and I think the 7 just has the most appealing looks as well as being the most technologically refined. Plus, it's new, and I like new.

It isn't always that way, though. I like the late 60's Camaro better than the current crop, for example.

Personally I like the Evo3, its the perfect balance between power and weight. At only 2600-2700lbs and 280ps, evo3 can accelerate and turn fast than its 4,5,6,7 counterparts. It makes a great road car, although not much to look at, but its hella fast. Just my 2 cents here.

The major problem with the CC/CD body EVO's (EVO I-III) is the nose-heavy charateristic that caused understeer. Numerous Japanese tuners came up with front/rear LSD to fix this problem.

The CN/CP chassis EVO's (IV - TME) improved on this aspect by placing the engine "behind" the front axle, thus better F/R weight distribution. In addtion, the AYC also attributed to the improve cornering ability.

the evo 5 is definitly the best looking out of all of them.

from the front the evo7 looks good, but the rear end is just damn ugly.

overall i'd pick the 6, as it looks closer to the 5 but has better performance.

Well I drove the 6.5 and I'm currently driving the 7... for sheer performance I must go with the 6.5 but for overall appeal it would be the 7...the TME's interior is just plain nasty...

The 6 has countless modifications! It is much more 'evolved' than the 5!

I don't know if the 6 performs better than the 5 but it performs better than the 7... this is not from stats, it's from personal experience

I just like the the wing style from the III- V. The VI and VII use very plain wings
