Turbosmart BOV first impressions and pics

So far the Turbosmart bov has been awesome. I have not had any kind of stalling problems or anything like it. It holds boost great up to 22 pounds. I purchased this bov because I was concerned that the stock bov would not hold boost up to 25+ pounds. I read before from others who had this same bov that they experienced a flutter at low boost. I noticed the same flutter, and attempted to get rid of it by adjusting the bov over and over again for like an hour. Eventually I was able to get rid of it by setting the spring tension to the softest i could. It held boost perfect up top and released pressure at anything 0+ pounds.

The only worry I have, is when I am in 5th gear on the freeway and I am at about 5+ pounds if I don’t let off the gas all the way and begin to decelerate it seams like it cavitate. The best way to describe it is it goes "pshh" "pshh" pshh" like 3 to 5 times instead of realesing it all at once. I heard that if it is cavitating that it can be bad for the turbo. Does anyone have any idea what this could be, and would it help to make the bov stiffer? Thanks for the input. Here are some pics of the turbosmart bov with my injen intake.

the set up looks like that becasue of the injen intake and upper i/c pipe.. the injen kit relocates the DV. For me, its alot easier to adjust or switch out with this setup. Theres no fiddling to get under the radiator hose...ive ripped my hands up time and time again the old way. Other than putting the DV on the upper portion of the upper i/c pipe, this is the second best IMO.

Crammed? Not at all. The pictures might not give it justice. I can’t imagine a more easy way to adjust a bov. All I have to do is pop the hood and twist the top of the bov. As far as looks, I'm much more concerned with performance. Thanks for the constructive criticism though.
