Eddie i was just doing a search for that guys posts and he says he drives a 05 Whiteless gsr with ssl package go figure. I think he may be a little color blind especially if his car is yellow!

NEVER use checking acct. or balance to pay by paypal. their protection is ZERO if you do. I learned this dealing with a kitchen faucet. paypal says they offer protection, but it's only if the seller has left the money in their acct. once they take the money, your hosed. always use your credit card. my cc refunded the cash the next day after I reported it, and then they go after paypal, and then paypal goes after the scammer. was a good lesson to learn. if you have a balance, get it cashed out, and then purchase off a cc.

Someone find this guy

I really hope paypal send my money back. Paypal has already hosed me for $3,400 do to a company never shipping me a product in Cali. I still need to fly there to settle that issue but in any case I paid with my account balance which screwed me over. ALWAYS use your CC when using paypal. I would have my $3,400 if I did.

Funny thing is I fly out to Florida Sunday for 10 days hopefully I get this guys info. b4 then so i can pay him a visit.

Since the money went into your account. This is pure speculation but if Paypal will try to get any $$ back, they will try to get it from you because that's where the money was sent, regardless if you wrote a check to the guy or not. Again, that's just speculation... in the end, (worst case) I think the buyer will end up losing his money and gain a valuable lesson (at the same time folks reading the thread will too) and you might lose you paypal account.
