Headlight problem

Blinkers and fog lights not working on HID headlights.
What is the most likely area to look for the problem ? Thanks

Bulbs

I will check all bulbs first for continuity.
Car was in a accident all body work done, just the light problem left.
Hid's working.

I would definitely 1. Check Fuse 2. Check light bulbs 3. Check wiring, make sure they're plugged it during repair if disconnected 4. Switch ... in that order.

Progress

Got the car from the body shop saturday. grinding in the back wheel.
One caliper bolt not tightened all the way down.
Checked the fuses under the dash and hood, all seem good.
How do you pull out the twin fuses in the yellow square box.
There are other relays ,Etacs-ecu in the fuse box. Is there anyway to check ?
