The MR

I just saw My first MR crusin today, and I must say that they look very sweet, but I was not to impressed on how fast it was, true that theres the margin of driver error but I thought that they would get up alittle better than that. Anyhow, there still bada** and I cant wait until I get my 9.

What evidence did you have that it wasn't as fast as expected? My times below show that it is stronger than expected if you go by the claimed 5hp increase between 04 and 05.

Did you race it or something? I don't get what you are talking about? Your thread makes no sense, I mean where you actually in the car, or just saw it cruising on the streets? How are you able to attain how fast it is from that? You had to of raced him or something, right? What mods do you have? Maybe you should base your assumptions of how fast the car is off of a test drive like normal people do.

No, I understood. I think 3000ways got a little excited. Don't take it personally. I was just trying to figure out what part made it seem slow, and then how fast you expected it to be. It can run 12.9@105 in stock form, so that is what you should expect, and that is the type of performance you should have seen. I know you weren't running a 1/4-mile, but that's significantly faster than the 13.3@101 for the 03-04 evos (at best). It's still not a highway killer, but that 105mph trap in stock form is pretty quick for an AWD car.

Yes, if the X comes out in the 2007 model year, you should be able to buy a IX for much less in the summer of 2006.
