my EMS automatically use it when i go WOT... and i gotta fill it up every week. so i guess i need it.

That is assuming the temp at the shop was the same as that at the airport. Plus the shop is next to a canal so the humidity might have been higher as well as the heat from all those cars dynoing. I'd be willing to believe that that it was at least close.
