I'm thinking of removing the tank for the the water spray so I could put more room in the engine bay. Is the sprayer necessary??? Does anyone in here actually use theirs???

 

I only use it when I remember I have it, and thats like once in 3 months. It doesnt really do much.

 

Mine's already gone so I could fit my cold air intake. It never seemed to work on "automatic" mode and I am too busy driving to use it manually.

 

pulled mine about 3 weeks ago is sitting next to me now need to sell it lol

 

i use mine mostly in the summer. its the only time i notice any diffrence...

 

owned car 1 yr 5 mos, used sprayer..........never.

 

I use it nightly. especially when the cool air hits. It just tops it off. In the daytime if it is really hot then I'll use it.

 

I don't think it works in auto mode either

 

i've have had mine out for almost a year now.i don't think it helps any

 

it just helps keep your car that much kooler... a squirt lol but it doest help in dry high humidty places.

 

Yeah, places where it's really dry and hot it seems to help a little bit, but not much... and mine works in auto mode just fine, I can hear it spray... as long as the fuel pump isn't being noisy

 

i don't use mine at all. still has the original fluid that came in it from the factory. and i have owned mine for almost 2 years. but i did try it on the dyno and got a couple whp extra when i used it versus not using it. so i guess it does help.

 

Mine works on really hot days too. I cleaned it out, filled it with beer, and ran the hose into my cab. I never forget to use it now! J/K

 

well this is the reason they took them off on the 05 model, cause it's basically useless, same with the STI, took it off there too. IF you have it use it i guess but your really not benefiting all that much from it.

 

...i thought we took it off cuz the acd... correct me if i am wrong plz
