If your dealership really know the evo, they might be able to tell. I have had a reflash for 2 years now with many warrantied repairs, no problems.

Aikido,

I guess I shouldn't say re-flashed but flashed. I haven't gotten a flash yet but hope to soon by Dynoflash. Still trying to decide if I want to mod the car since I value my warranty.

They can tell by the signature, just plug in the mut. Easy peasy.

You're already voided just for posting about it here btw.

They don't just void your warranty you know... they take your car, house, kids, wife/S.O. (if you swing the other way)... everything. It's a virtual life raping.

For serious though, they produced all of my evom posts at both my dealerships. One in NY, one in Cali.

So if you take your car into the dealership with a warranty gripe and you have had mods done to the car and no longer do (2005 model) then they can tell ? Like exhaust intake etc

Yes they did. The district rep passed them to the service manager who showed them to me. I was told someone at Mitsu HQ went online and aggregated them all.

Ridiculous isn't it?

No no we're talking about an aftermarket ECU flash.

They will know if they care to look, that's the story.
