But you said your mechanic never had to bleed anything, so you had to be referring to 05s. 03/04s don't have ACD, so of course he wouldn't need to bleed anything or have the special tool I'm referring to..

Hey Warrtalon,

Have you changed the clutch in your MR yet? The reason I ask, is it seems that the bushings in the MR are softer than regular Evos. There is some rocking motion in the transmission when you release the clutch and engage the transmission. In fact, mine was the first MR they had done, and the guy was concerned enough (seeing as how this isn't a symptom on regular Evos) to take everything apart again and double-check his work. I guess the possibility exists that my rear diff mount is faulty, but I don't think so.

I may upgrade to energy bushings, to see if that makes a difference. Anyone else change a clutch on an MR?

Yes, I had the dealer put in an ACT HDSS, but I am not aware of this rocking issue...

So the car behaves exactly like stock, besides the grabbier clutch?

Yeah. It had a little bit of chatter when starting in 1st and reverse at first, but now it engages and drives as much like stock as I can remember, except that it grabs much harder.
