damn, just thought about some things.

1. I have my battery in the trunk and no master cut-off switch...and its in one of those thick plastic marine battery boxes. This works everywhere here, but im worried it won't fly up there.

2. I will be 900 miles from home with no trailer if this god for saken evo decides to break. Don't know how i would get home.

Subaru guys are in trouble, they seem to be getting a little scared though, not talking as much crap. Still they should be better competition, but the best thing will be seeing so many EVOs going for personal bests and the autocross should be great too.

 

That's the problem, I haven't launched mine at the strip yet either. I've done big launches while autocrossing, but that doesn't give me a 60'. I would be willing to wager a $1 that I could beat you with the cutout closed.

 

I am in the final stages of preparation of my wife's Town & Country awd turbo mini van for the WRX vs. EVO shootout - I have grafted a Slowbaru Tribeca front bumper so it looks just like a slowbaru. The only hold up is that thus far we have been unable to duplicate that gay slowbaru exhuast sound that so proudly proclaims to the world "he we are" . . . "our car sounds gay." I have 3 weeks left and I am sure it can be done in that time frame.
