well, we already know who's comin out on top at the strip. i'm more interested in how evos do against scoobies in the twisties. i see the same kind of dominance here too but should be interesting.

Here are some qoutes I've read from the Subby boards, wow, they can talk a lot but can they back it up. Please guys make them eat their words.

Bunot- that's because the crappy evos need to make so much power to run good times. a suby only needs 550whp to run 9s. your cars suck.

Project Rex STi- Come on guys, quit with the "This EVO makes 90000000 awhp". Who cares. If you have enough money, you can make anything fast. Period.

SilverSurfer04STi- You better get all your trash talking in now b/c there's a pretty good chance the BV STi (and maybe even some others) will beat some of the big time Evos that all Evo owners seem to continually ride the coat tails of...

Dug-e-fresh- Truth? What truth? That sometimes an EVO is faster than a WRX? Or sometimes theres a WRX faster than an EVO?

Here in Maryland, I have yet to come across or even hear about an EVO faster than my WRX @ any of the local tracks. Where are all these fast daily drivers at?????

The truth is, you can make them both fast,... with the EVO it may not cost as much, but in my case, my WRX didn't cost as much as an EVO... so its a wash to me

im in can i get a large order of STI front bumper throught the rear view mirror and a side of wrx behind it please , thank you very much . handing out wrx/sti spanking all day any body else

I got the whole weekend off for this event. Just got a new vid camera, I will be there interviewing people. I will try to post vids online. I want to run but the car is down (tranny problems). If I get it back in time I will be running. I will be there Period. Last year the excuse the subie guys used where they cant drive. I want to see what excuse is going to be used this year!!

Doug seems like a cool guy. I go on Nasioc all the time bugging out. They HATE ME WITH A PASSION. Its all fun though.

Good luck and be safe everyone who is going. I will be in the detroit vs. imports section with my 240sx. My MR is the daily driver and I am not that good at driving it yet to take it to a track.

If it is anything like last year this will be easy win for the Evo guys.
