hood vent or whatever it's called..

anybody know where i can get a better one than stock.. my 03 one looks like *** now.. it's all faded..

I have an 04 less than a yr old and it is already fading.....u will prob laugh at me for askin this, but do u think mistu would replace it???

Listen, would you really pay $170 for a vent cover thingy replacement?

That's gotta be the most t4rded thing I've ever seen.

I just picked up a can of flat black 500deg @ pep boys for $5, popped the thing out and gave it about 10 light coats. Good as new.

Doubtful for replacement; they aren't going to cover any paint 'defects' related to weather and/or car wash juice.

yeah i guess $5 is probably the better way to go...

I had this^^^ (Pics on CarDomain site below) Though a little pricey everyone seemed to like. Sold it cause the vents (OEM also) won't fit Seibon CF hood I bought. You have to drill the holes yourself.

Mine faded after the first winter I had it. I just repainted it myself and it looks like new. Right now I don't even have it on, I just take it off during the summer.
