Well I spoke to Justin at Lancer Shop and The Perrin Boost hose situation Will be resolved. I want to thank him for helping out. Now thats CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

+1 sorted out my Hazardous Materials shipping problem with BGII...thanks Justin, you've turned a very negative experience around...

You know, we don't really have any beef with Justin or any staff members at LancerShop, just those damn outsourced customer service reps that don't know anything, not being too helpful, and worse, just telling us wrong things...

 

Like I said in the other thread Justin seems like a stand up guy. I had a feeling if you just contacted him it would get resolved

+2. Justin helped out big time and helped get my wife's exhaust to her. after waiting 7 weeks for the helix (not lancershops fault) exhaust, we changed and went a different way.

Justin was very helpful and always answered my questions promptly. for Justin and lancershop.

 

+3, he helped me get my BG synchroshift imported to Canada, he even had someone call me at 10 am to place the order at the right shipping amount (originally I was quoted 120$).
