Not the best statement ever considering there are guys with 1500 in mods running DEEP 12's, and other fools with thousands in their evo running slower.....

But I guess since you did say HP and not actually how fast the car is, you technically are right. But I digress, the EVO makes great power when modded. I cant think of a car that responds better to mods......

Definitely a true statement. Anything other than HP would make it wrong, tho, because there are some deep pocket people with tons of $$$ in mods, who simply just can't drive...

i think its not the mods that you have...its the driver also...

if two evo has the same mods...ones going o run faster then the other...its just how the driver drives it.
