Wheel Gap?

Question for those with 18 inch rims on their EVOs. Was just wondering what is the wheel gap you guy have. In the front I can fit almost 4 fingers in between the tire and fender. However in the rear I can only fit 1 finger between tire and fender. I was wondering if this is a normal difference. I asked my dealer to check my suspension and they said everything is fine. So just wondering if others have this big of a difference. Thanks.

hmm i have close to the same problem with my 03, on the stock rims. I never noticed it until my friend pointed it out. He told me "it looks warped"

Yea thats what I mean. Supposedly its normal but its such a big difference that it makes me think that something is wrong.

well i would think that if we both have it like that it should be all right. Though i'll get that checked, only after i get my turbo fixed or replaced though.

I mean it drives alright just that in a stand still position I can see my damn struts in the front. Kinda annoying. Ahh well performance over looks.

most cars are like this. Front suspension travel is usually greater than rear. Some lowering springs lower the car more in front than rear but the spring rate is adjusted for this.

The larger spacing allows for the weight transfer when braking. It's normal
