what do you guys think about the EVO?

I love mine!

 

I traded in my 04 srt-4 in June for an 05 ww gsr. I love my evo, and it was the smartest thing I ever did. I only bought the srt-4 because, at that time, i could not afford an evo. It's hard to compare the two beyond turbocharged 4 bangers, their completely different.

 

wow, I had an 04 SRT4 also, which I spent almost 6 months trying to sell it.

I sold it mid june, picked up my EVO at the end of June....

I feel like the EVO excels in braking handling, styling, and acceleration (depending on engine mod level)

 

there is no denying that the Evo is a better car.... I mean, it costs more. I would hope it is a better car. SRT-4 tho, good car for the money.

what did you guys sell your srt4's for if you dont mind my asking.....i cant afford an evo and even though im not too into the srt4 for its neonish looks, the performance is great for the price......

thinking about looking for a used one.....what price range should I figure?

 

I was asking $17K for my srt4 with 9800 miles on it. i actually sold it for $16,500

and included a few minor mods as well for free

 

i'd like to have an srt-4 as a daily driver

 

i had a 04 red srt-4 with stage 2

 

turbo car does not make a good daily driver....i doubt the srt-bag gets much better gas mileage than the evo...

 

any mods on that Z? i hated to sell mine

 

it was hard for me also. I missed the good times we used to have together.

 

it's hard to sell used srt-4's?

edit: i'm tired...

 

i've seen 03 srt4's for cheap like 13k or less i dont remember. But the 03's didnt come with a quaife lsd and some other thhings i believe.
