cars have better gas mileage in hot weather than cold weather, car runs richer in cold weather. It takes longer for engine to warm up in the cold.

This is true, my Altima gets about 3 mpg more with the my cold air intake converted to short ram. Haven't had an experience with really hot weather in that car yet.

my tip get a lil auto honda civic thats what i did, i swear i put like 40 in that thing a month.

I was able to control myself from boosting the car for about more than a week. I was shifting at 3000rpm and I got it to 310mpg. and that's with Las Vegas heat around october last year. the car has 310 WHP.
