Estimate Quater Mile time?
Who races and doesn't want to see their time slips? Even so, you should at least know what the other driver ran and base a time whether you won or lost, plus or minus your opponents time.
I'll have to investigate the connector you've mentioned then, it definitly isnt hitting a limiter with the clutch engaged. The previous owner said he didnt do a thing to it (53 year old man) and I believe him. Is it possible early build date cars didnt have the feature? Its an '05 MR in graphite gray with an early build time (car was originally purchased end of October). I'll try to track down the actual build date as I have every piece of paper work on the car.
you guys are all dumb mother****ers! She really did get those 60ft times her first time at the track... Why is it so hard to beleve that a girl can drive... Just because she can pull better 60ft times than you can now doesn't mean it's not possible or even true....

Anyway, girl or not doesn't matter. There's no reason not to share the timeslip or ET, and it's dumb to withhold the info after claiming an ET and MPH. It's all especially dumb to do that AFTER making a thread asking us to estimate her 1/4-mile time. Notice, she did not ask "what is the best 1/4-mile time a good driver can get with these mods." No, she was asking us to estimate what SHE will get with those mods as if it were to happen in the future...that's a different question altogether.
Anyway, we just want to see the timeslip. Nothing more; nothing less. You have to admit that someone who thinks she can hit a 1.5 60' due to cooler weather is not someone you'd expect to hit a 1.7 60' on the first try...

man i hit a 0.8 60ft in -14 deg weather in my stock evo :?. here is the way to do it, first cold start the car (make shure its first thing in the morning). after you start it rev it to 7.8k, make shure you hold it to the floor this is realy important. then you will need to put a brick on the gas pedal so you can let it sit like that for about 20 mins at least. ok now that the first stage is over (that was to remove the stock rev limiter by bouncing through it) you will need to put some nitro in the tank and WD40 on the brakes ( the nitro is to help the bottom end grunt off the line and the WD40 is to get rid of any unwanted friction the brakes might have). now we are ready. ok get the car out to the track, line up, make sure to have atleast 2 friends with you (hopefully as dumb or dumber than your self). get one friend to sit on the hood and one on the trunk. now rev the car to your new rev limit of 10.5k and side step the clutch. make sure your friends do a barrel roll of the side of the car just as it starts to realy get moving to shead unneaded wieght and bam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the best time ever.

I really think it's just a miscommunication between us, but you can go look underneath the dash behind the fuse box for any disconnected plugs...
Now, I havent tried to launch above 5200 or so but, at 5200 if I let out the clutch (letting it slip a bit to keep the revs up and keep the tires from spinning or bogging down if they hook) it will pull hard but it feels like a limiter engages at this point a couple times.
If somebody has a place where I can host a video I can shoot it tomorrow or the next day (pulling a 24 hour shift at work right now
