Stock Recaros problem

My driverside stock recaro is tilted a lil bit to the left. The reclining knob still works but my chair is still tilted. Have this happened to anyone else and is there anyway to fix this?

check the bolts under the seat to verify that they are still tight, also check both side bolsters of the back of the seat for cracks as that is not uncommon, especally if you're a large guy. (don't ask me why I know this)

Did they replace the whole seat or just the plastic part?

Just the plastic part. I was hoping they would replace the whole seat since it does look a little used, but just the plastic.
