I wanted to buy a header for my evo i wonder how good the header off ebay was i wanted the one with the turbo 02 housing!!!

 

They're usually considered crap and prone to cracking...

I like the new Maxford models.

I forget who posted them in the vendor classifieds, but check there.

And stick with the stock o2 housing.

your stock header is gold. keep it and port it. jet coat it and it will sing hallellulia(not sure how that is spelled). same with your stock o2. I suggest porting and coating that as well and it wouldn't hurt to port and coat the hotside of your turbo .

 

and how much would the porting and the jet coat cost but i also want the look you know

Mostly of my part came from Ebay, and still no problems with it. That's why you have to buy from the right seller .

 

dude i got both 02 houseing and the header from megan racing i got well over 32hp with both on the top end it pulls so hard dont let anyone bash that manifold it puts out more power then every manifold under $750. i should u dyno numbers of what my guy did with his megan racing manifold and 02 houseing. ill tell u right now it well over 350hp on the stock turbo and ecu.

 

I agree, whn it comes to performance parts, off brand ebay purchases are usually crap
