Got 3 Flat Tires... Somebody Popped it!

i just got home from a party/. i parked my car alongside a residential area.. a quiet one... and pretty safe.. i got back and my car was okay.. after that, went to another party and parked my car at the fron of the house.

i drove about 20 miles after the first party, to the other party, and then going home. i never noticed anything wrong with my tires.

the next morning, when i went to the garage, i saw both my right front and right rear tires were flat, along also with my rear left tires. i tried to drive it slowly outside the garage, and it was making tire marks, so i decided to just call AAA.

They put some air in it (about 20 psi each, because he didnt have much air with him), then I brought it to the gas station to fill it up around 32 psi each tire, then drove safely home (around 5 miles).. the tires had air when i got home.. went to inspect it 1 hour later, and tires were still okay.

next morning, i find that the front right, and the rear left were flat, but not the rear right... 24 hours more again, the rear right is still not flat...

i assume that someone put a nail through my tires, then the nail on the rear right tire is holding the air in the tire.

it really sucks for these haters, good thing though they didnt key my car.

yokohama advans are pretty expensive too...

anyone have any suggestions for me? oh yea, one more thing, my front left tire they didnt pop, it is all fine now, but should i change 3 tires, (or just 2, coz the rear right is doing okay now), or change all 4 tires... i have around 7,500 miles on my evo MR.

true, where did they pop them? jack your car up and put it on some stands and take the tires to a tire shop and see what they can do.

i would just change them... you dont want them to blow out or anything if your traveling 40mph or more... better safe than sorry

If the holes are in the tread, I would get them fixed at a tire shop. I got a nail in one of my Advans and got it patched and it held up fine for the remaining 4500 miles the tires lasted. I even autocrossed with it a few times. No reason to spend extra money if you don't need to.

yeah go to a shop and ask them to inspect it for nails etc... if it is nails, most likely its not vandalism. vandals are more likely to slash your sidewalls

Ever consider that you may have just run over some nails?

A few suggestions... get an air compressor. go to the tire store, they can probably fix your tires quite easily. You might not want to autox with them if they are repaired....but they will do just fine otherwise.

thanks guys for all the suggestions! at least i can save a couple hundred on this. ill take it to the tire shop and have it inspected.

i think best thing to do is to have the car towed, just to avoid having the hold of the tire getting bigger.
