Anyone sneak a set of cams in without mitsu knowing?

Just had my base dynoflash from AL and am loving it. Plan to add K&N drop in and catback in the near future (which my dealer says is cool, doesnt know about flash). Question is, can I put a set of HKS 264's in there and have a custom tune done, and still take it to the dealers for maintenance/warrenty work without them figuring there are cams in there? Obviously any time they took the cam cover off they would figure it out, but what about oil changes, fluid changes etc. They had it plugged into the computer but didnt notice the flash. I realise this may be a very specific question, which is why I posted. Anyone else out there?

Just b4 I get flamed for not just forgetting about my crap (wifes idea/insistence) warrenty, I had a lot of problems with my last modded car, and one of the premises of buying a new evo was that we would have a warrenty (LOL). U live and learn. But u also have to keep the wife happy.

Stupid modding bug, its as infectous as obesity in the USA.

bigfishs- the dealer shouldnt be able to notice the cams during reg. maintenece. If your car is newer than an 03 than they can tell that you have a flash. I wouldnt worry about warranty too much, my friend had his whole tranny w/ sincros (sp) replaced when he had 272's along with a turbo kit in there.

I thought 05s were the only cars that could be traced to having a Flash.

They can tell on any year providing they know exactly where to look and know what the code is/should be, as far as I know.

Unless they specifically go looking, they wont know
