3 hours till I become an EVO man...
After 10 years of driving German cars I am going back to Japanese and if the dealer does not try to f*ck me on my trade will be leaving with an 05 silver w/SSL in a few hours. Worse I have not even driven an EVO yet

I came from a German car myself (01 Audi S4). I hope the dealer gives you a fair trade, and I really hope you aren't expecting the Evo to be as quiet and refined as the Germans are.
I do love my Evo, though. It's tremendously fast through corners.

I also have come back to the Japanese from previously owning a 97 M3/4. I did the same thing in a way. I bought a 05 MR and never drove it untill I signed the paperwork and took her home. I had been following the EVO since way back in 1998 via Sport compact mag and of course the original Grand Tursimo game You will just love the EVO.

I made the German to Japanese switch as well. VW Passat W8 to 2005 Evo. Nowhere near as refined and luxurious, but it brought all the fun back to driving!

if you cant get by the feeling of being inside a race car for daily driving this is the car for you.. the wife will most likely hate it, but i say to hell with that!
