Loosing boost

Hey guys, this is connected to my earlier thread about the car feeling weak all of a sudden. I'm losing boost on the top end. It is acting just like a stock Evo. It used to hold 20 psi (I have a hallman mbc). Now, it peaks at ~19 or 19.5 and drops to 16. WTF? Any ideas on what could cause this? The only thing I can think of is a bad bov (i have the stock on).

It might have been related to the humidity yesterday. I noticed that it was not as bad the second time i took it out. It never hit 20 psi, but it peaked at 19 and only dropped to 18.

I'd try adjusting it again... mine was acting all funny after I put in my hallman and i just tweaked it until i was happy again. It peaks at 21 and then drops to 20 and holds.
